PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Dec. 16-April 30 & Holiday Bookings: A two night deposit is required to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. If booking within 45 days of arrival, full prepayment is required. If cancellation 90-61 days of arrival there is a $100.00 penalty, under 45 days reservation is non-refundable. May 1-Dec. 15th (except Thanksgiving) a one night deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made 21 days or more before expected arrival date refund less $50.00 for handling charges; no refund under 21 days. If reservation is made 21 days or less full prepayment is due.
